Sam guaranteed the selling price of our house and honored his commitment. We found Sam Wilson and Wilson Group Real Estate through a simple website offering a free price opinion of our home. He kept in touch and when we were ready, we interviewed Sam and listed our house with him. It had been almost 7 years since we last sold a property and we did not remember much about the process when we decided to sell our house.
